Teaching

Alexander is available for private 1-1 teaching from his home in central Manchester, both in person and online via Zoom.

With over 15 years of experience teaching both children and adults from beginner to advanced level, Alexander teaches with an individualised, student-centred approach that is equally engaging, challenging, rewarding and a lot of fun. His experience is drawn from a swathe of varied genres from classical to folk, pop music and global styles.

Alexander is also an experienced workshop leader. He teaches a variety of topics from Composition for children, Performance Platform for children, the Business of Working as a Self-Employed Events Musician for undergraduate students and mixed Harp Ensemble workshops.
